Traditional craftsmanship like in the old days

In the Bernese Jura you can still find places where craftsmanship has not yet been replaced by automation and treadmills. For example, sausages and meat are smoked in the Maison du Banneret Wisard as they used to be. Forging is still traditional in the Martinet de Corcelles and visitors can look over the blacksmith's shoulders.
